Asia Pak, R.D.H.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Murray Hill | Rockefeller Center

Asia has been in the Dental field for over 15 years, starting out as a chair-side Dental Assistant in 2006 to a General Dentist, Periodontist, and later to an Oral Surgeon. After assisting for several years, she returned to school and graduated as a Dental Hygienist in 2010.

“Over the years I had a growing curiosity about what caused gum disease, how our daily habits and nutrition contribute to our oral health, our overall health, and vice versa. I wanted to learn how to prevent and treat this disease. As a Hygienist, I have the opportunity to share what I’ve learned and help those suffering from this condition.“

“All of our patients are regularly screened for any signs of gum disease from gingivitis to advanced forms of periodontal disease and then treated accordingly. Seeing patients improve their oral health has made my work enjoyable and satisfying.”

Outside of the dental office, Asia and her husband, Hyun Soo of 18 years, are busy volunteering in the community. “We love sharing with others what we’ve learned from the Bible, it has helped us to have a truly happy life.” “We also enjoy running together, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
