Yae Sam Song, D.D.S.
Murray Hill | Rockefeller Center
With his roots in South Korea, Dr. Yae Sam Song spent most of his childhood in Berlin where he fell in love with a world of architecture, soccer, and Germany at large.
Dr. Song received both his Master of Public Health and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Southern California. After several years of practicing dentistry in California, he transitioned to the East Coast to join his wife in the greatest city in the world – New York City.
His top priority is to ensure that patients have a comfortable experience throughout each procedure and thereafter. He takes his time with each patient and caters treatment to the individual. His experiences working with patients of all ages – from pediatric to geriatric – have allowed him to better understand the unique needs that are present across different populations. To keep up with the latest skill sets in dentistry, Dr. Song continually strives to further his knowledge and believes all doctors are called to be lifetime learners.
In this way, he aspires to be a bridge between the old and the new within his profession. He strives to uphold the most deep-rooted foundations of dentistry while keeping up with and assimilating the constantly advancing dental field and technology as we know it today.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife, exploring the city for new restaurants, playing sports and trying new coffee spots.
